How do I reserve event furniture for my event?

Simply fill out the Contact Us form with the details of your event and the list of furniture you are looking to rent. Once submitted, our team will get in touch with you to confirm the reservation and discuss any specific requirements.

Will you deliver the furniture to our venue?

Yes, we deliver to many locations in Ontario. We are based in Durham region and will deliver to most locations within a reasonable distance. You can view our delivery areas here.

Delivery fees will vary depending on geographical distance from our warehouse.

What types of events do you cater to?

Our event furniture is ideal for a wide array of occasions. We cater to personal celebrations like weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, graduations, and family gatherings. Additionally, we provide services for corporate events, holiday parties, and other special occasions. What happens in case of bad weather on the day of my event?

Our furniture collection is designed primarily for indoor use due to its non-water-resistant nature. We recommend that all furniture be used indoors or in well-covered outdoor areas to ensure its protection from the elements. In the case of outdoor events, please ensure that there is adequate shelter to safeguard the furniture against rain, dew, or any form of moisture. If you have concerns or specific requirements regarding the use of our furniture at an outdoor event, please feel free to contact us for advice and alternative solutions.

How do I view all of your available rental items?

To view all of our available rental furniture, head over to our All Rentals page and browse our inventory. Once you have chosen the pieces that you want to rent, please reach out and send us your list to check for availability.

How are your rental items priced?

All our rental items are priced on a per day basis. For events spanning multiple days, we offer special multi-day discounts to accommodate extended usage. Additionally, we occasionally provide furniture rental packages, where a curated set of items is bundled together at a package price.
